Ease My Worried Mind

First Tel Aviv show done, it was cool. Nice club and the crew and staff were terrific. Israel is lovely and not  what I expected. Doesn't really feel unsafe at all.Haven't seen soldiers everywhere. Granted, we're staying at a posh hotel on the beach but people here seem to just live their life pretty much like other cities. I hope that's the case. Going to Jersualem in the morning, looking forfward to that. Here's some more pics:

Night of the Vampire

Arrived tonight in Tel Aviv, a very modern American looking city. We were met at the airport by someone who took us through the VIP line at immigration, no waiting , nice. First time that's happened to me. The flight from Athens was rather strange. We changed planes in Larnaca, Cyprus which has the most disorganized transit area I've seen in years. Felt like we were in a holding pen. Anyway, show tomorrow. This seems like a party town so it should be good.  Some pics:

Played Athens tonight, cool show, crowd, club and all that. Local crew was very helpful, and didn't get mad when we asked them to move a quarter of the stage to the side. Thanks guys, it made the show a lot better. Athens is a nice city, it's great to be able to play here. Pics:

Forty Thousand Headmen

Played Rome last night. Good show, nice club. Lots of talk during soundcheck about keeping  volume low but nobody actually checked during the show. Sorta odd way to do things but I guess it works for the Italians.  After the Dino set they had a late night theater/cabaret show which set up on the floor. We packed up while this was going on. Fun actually. We're in Athens now, more tomorrow. Here's a few pics from Rome.

We're  in Rome. Italy has really low db limits, 95 - 98. The audience will be louder than that. It sucks so let's all move to;

Black To Comm

Dinosaur played Primavera festival on Saturday night. I thought it was one of their best shows, they were rocking. The PA was great and to me it sounded cool, loud. J also sat in with Awesome Color.  Nice jam .

We have a day off in Nice, France today. It is a beautiful place. Tomorrow we go to Torrino, Italy. This has been a great tour so far. The band is right on musically and they are a great bunch of guys to travel with.
